I want to switch from a monthly to yearly membership.
You can upgrade your membership to a yearly membership anytime. To do so, you’ll need to purchase the yearly membership.
(We cannot switch the membership directly – you’ll need to create a new membership and cancel the old one.)

After you purchase the yearly membership, you can return to this page and cancel your monthly membership. To do this, find the monthly membership in the Subscription box above. Click the “Cancel” link on the right.
Email: You may get an email saying “Sorry to see you go!” If you do, this is regarding the monthly membership. Your yearly membership will still be active. Please respond to this email telling us you’ve upgraded to the yearly membership. That way we can ensure that everything is up to date in the email system.
I want to switch from a yearly to monthly membership.
You can switch your membership from yearly to monthly membership anytime. To do so, you’ll need to purchase the monthly membership.

Please note: The refund period for the yearly membership is 30 days. If you purchased your year membership more than 30 days ago, the refund period has closed. In that case, it may be better to wait until your year membership ends to switch to the monthly membership (so you do not pay twice for the same time period).
I want to cancel my membership.
You can cancel your membership anytime. Just click the “Cancel” link in the Subscription box above.
If you’re having any trouble with your membership, or with the program, we would love to help. If you joined the program, you must want to bring your guitar-playing forward. So please reach out and let us know what is going on.
You have a few ways to get the support your need to keep going. You can:

- or book a 1-on-1 Skype or Zoom session – Click here to schedule. Other instructions are also on the “Office Hours” page.
